Syllabus

A fusion of modern, ballet, and release techniques. Dancers explore weight, momentum, and personal voice.

    Release technique

    Spinal articulation, breath, and weight sharing.

    Floor work & inversions

    Rolls, slides, and safe inversion progressions.

  3. 3

    Improvisation

    Guided scores to develop a unique movement voice.

  4. 4

    Composition

    Short student-created phrases woven into the recital piece.

Recital

This class participates in the annual spring recital. Costume fees and tech rehearsal dates are shared mid-season.
